A Safe and Enjoyable Stay for Everyone

At AA Royal Motel & Campgrounds, our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. To help us achieve this, we ask that all guests follow the rules and regulations listed below. These policies are designed to protect our property, ensure cleanliness, and maintain a family-friendly environment for all.

General Policies

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Motel check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Motel check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Campground check-in: 1:00 PM
  • Campground check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Early arrivals and late departures may be available upon request.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during this time.

Speed Limit

The speed limit inside the campground is 5 MPH. For the safety of children and pets, please drive slowly and carefully.

Conduct

We maintain a family-friendly atmosphere. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, public intoxication, or illegal activity will not be tolerated. Guests violating this policy may be asked to leave without refund.

Motel Guest Policies

  • All motel rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs inside the rooms.
  • Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms only. Please notify us at booking if you plan to bring pets.
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their rooms during their stay.
  • Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
  • Damages to motel property, including furnishings, will be charged to the guest.

RV Campground Policies

  • Full Hookup Sites - Please connect to water, sewer, and electric hookups properly. Do not tamper with utility connections.
  • Site Cleanliness - Keep your RV site clean and tidy. Trash should be disposed of in designated containers.
  • Sewer Hookups - A proper sewer connection (sewer ring or donut) is required by law. Please ensure all connections are secure.
  • Generator Use - Generators may only be used between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, unless otherwise approved.
  • Vehicle Parking - Only one RV and one vehicle are permitted per site unless prior arrangements are made.

Tent Camping Policies

  • Campfires - Campfires are only permitted in designated fire rings or pits. Never leave fires unattended and extinguish them completely before leaving.
  • Food Storage - Please store food securely to avoid attracting wildlife.
  • Site Use - Tents must be set up in designated areas only. Please do not move fire rings or damage vegetation.
  • Noise - Respect your neighbors by limiting loud music or disturbances.

Pet Policies

We are proud to be a pet-friendly motel and campground, but we ask that all pet owners follow these rules:



  • Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets immediately. Waste stations are available throughout the property.
  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse or other indoor common areas.
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Prohibited Items and Activities

To ensure safety and maintain our family-friendly environment, the following are not permitted:



  • Fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any kind
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Vandalism, defacing property, or destruction of natural surroundings
  • Washing vehicles or RVs on-site without prior approval
  • Littering or dumping waste outside of designated areas

Bathhouse and Shared Facilities

  • Please be considerate and keep facilities clean for the next guest.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No smoking or pets allowed inside the bathhouse.
  • Report any maintenance issues to staff immediately.

Liability and Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
  • AA Royal Motel & Campgrounds is not responsible for accidents, theft, loss of property, or injuries sustained during your stay.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to property, facilities, or other guests.
