General Questions

  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 3333 Niagara Falls Blvd, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, just minutes from Niagara Falls State Park and local attractions.

  • What are your hours?

    Our property is open 24/7, with flexible check-in and check-out times depending on your accommodations.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes. We are a pet-friendly motel and campground. Pets are welcome in designated motel rooms and camping areas. Please keep pets on a leash and clean up after them.

Motel Questions

  • What amenities are included in motel rooms?

    Each motel room includes a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, and climate control. Free parking is available directly outside your room.

  • Are your motel rooms non-smoking?

    Yes. All motel rooms are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the rooms.

  • Do you have extended stay options?

    Yes. Many of our guests choose our motel for long-term or extended stays while exploring the area or working nearby. Contact us directly for extended stay rates and availability.

RV Campground Questions

  • Do your RV sites have full hookups?

    Yes. All RV sites include water, sewer, and electric hookups (30/50 amp).

  • Do you have pull-through sites?

    Yes. We offer spacious pull-through sites to accommodate large motorhomes and trailers.

  • Can I bring more than one vehicle?

    Each RV site includes space for one RV and one additional vehicle. Please let us know in advance if you require additional parking.

  • Are generators allowed?

    Generators may be used between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM unless otherwise approved.

Tent Camping Questions

  • Do you allow campfires at tent sites?

    Yes, but only in designated fire rings or pits. Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before leaving.

  • Are restrooms and showers available for tent campers?

    Yes. Tent campers have access to our bathhouse, which includes clean restrooms and hot showers.

  • Are your tent sites shaded?

    Many of our tent spaces are shaded, offering comfort during warmer months.

Amenities and Facilities

  • Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?

    Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in motel rooms, RV sites, and tent camping areas.

  • Do you have a bathhouse?

    Yes. Our centrally located bathhouse is available to all campers and includes showers and restrooms.

  • Do you provide laundry facilities?

    Laundry services may be available on-site or nearby. Please check with our staff at check-in for current options.

  • Is there free parking?

     Yes. Free parking is included for motel guests, RV travelers, and tent campers.

Reservations and Payments

  • How do I book a stay?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards and cash. Please ask about specific payment options at the time of booking.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Deposits may be required during peak season or for extended stays. Contact us for details.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please call us directly for our current cancellation policy. Policies may vary depending on the type of reservation.

Attractions and Location

  • How far are you from Niagara Falls?

    We are about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, making it easy to visit the waterfalls, take a Maid of the Mist boat tour, or enjoy Cave of the Winds.

  • What else is there to do nearby?

    Nearby attractions include Old Fort Niagara, hiking trails along the Niagara Gorge, local wineries, shopping, dining, and seasonal festivals.

  • Q: Do you help arrange tours?

    We are happy to provide information about local tours and attractions. Just ask our staff for recommendations during your stay.
